Prices for the lodges start from £78,000 and there is great potential to sublet through the Pinewood Subletting Management Scheme to make money on your capital.  Pinewood is open 12 months of the year so you can also use your lodge as much as you like, making the most of your holiday home.

At Pinewood we have only 22 lodges in total so whenever you  visit it remains relaxing and peaceful.  All lodges have verandas on which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet only ever broken by the birds singing & children playing.
