As well as lodge sales, here at Pinewood we also offer caravans for sale.  These are offered on a shorter site licence agreement of 15 years, and are brand new; often your choice and prices start from around £38,000.

The caravans are sited in their own secluded gardens, only 13 in total, with parking and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the tranquillity that Pinewood has to offer.

If you are looking for complete piece and quiet, then the caravans are perfect for you; we do not allow subletting with the caravans, therefore you will nearly always know your neighbours!

Site fees for the caravans are £3,036 for 2012; gas & electricity is metered and charged on a quarterly basis to allow you to spread your costs & insurance costs will depend on the company you use.

We can get you prices for any make & model caravan you wish & we often have show homes available to view (dependent on time of year). We use only the best suppliers with number one customer service, as at Pinewood we believe that all our owners deserve the very best!
Pinewood is open 12 months of the year; therefore you can visit your holiday home whenever you wish, no restrictions, however it can never be your permanent residence.  The indoor heated pool is open every day of the year, even Christmas Day, plus our outdoor heated pool is open from end of May until early September!
